Sparrows Point is one of the oldest and more established communities in the Five Forks area. Five Forks is a part of Greater Simpsonville, located in Greenville County, South Carolina. Part of the Upstate.

This vast, tree-lined, well developed neighborhood boasts 384 homes built between the mid 90’s thru early 2000’s. Ranch-style and multi-level homes represent this beautiful community. Homes range from 3-5 bedrooms and from 1200 to 3200 sq ft and are on at least a quarter acre and several have basements.

Amenities within this community include a professionally up-kept 25 meter Junior Olympic size pool with lots of seating on the deck and under the cabana. Common areas behind the pool area, a playground, tennis courts, a nature trail and 2 lighted parking lots.

 -Local airport is Greenville Spartanburg. Call letters are GSP. Located off the I-85 in Greer, SC. Serviced by Delta, American, United, Southwest, Avelo, Breeze and Allegiant airlines. Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. TSA check-point open from 4 am until 8 pm.

 -Restaurants to cover all of your cravings - Sakura, Tropical Cafe, Jack-in-the Box, Java Bistro, Joy of Tokyo, Jets pizza and Bova grill just to name a few. 

 -Library, hair salons, pharmacies, gas stations, churches, dentist, doctors office, 2 immediate care facilities, gym & spa, dog training and grooming, nail salons, mailing services, dry cleaner, child care, car washes and 3 major grocery chains. Lowes Foods, Publix and Food Lion. So you don’t need to go far. 

Just down Woodruff Rd you will find everything Five Forks doesn’t have or you can go into downtown, quaint Simpsonville and visit the many restaurants and bars near the Clocktower.
