POOL WILL OPEN MAY 11,2024 @10:00am. POOL will CLOSE September 15,2024 @8pm.
 
There will be NO LIFEGUARDS this year, but we will be staffed with a POOL /GATE ATTENDANT.
 
An updated set of pool rules have been placed throughout the pool area. A copy has been posted to this website and CAMS.
 
We have installed changing tables in the restrooms and ask that you do not change your baby on top of the picnic tables.
 
Please remember to fill out cabana rental form to reserve for an event.  
 
Please note: No Alcohol and No Smoking, No vaping, No tobacco products allowed within gated pool area or any Sparrows Point amenity areas.

pool card update

If you are unable to make one of the card sessions that are being held down at the pool, you are able to pick up your pool/ tennis card at CAMS located at 10 Patewood Dr. building 6 Suite 270 Greenville SC 29615 during their office hours. Their number is CAMS 877-672-2267. All rental units that have not yet received their pool/tennis card can pick one up at CAMS with a copy of their lease, driver's license, and 25 dollar fee.

Hello,
As you may or may not be aware a new access system has been installed for the pool and tennis courts. This was necessary because the original system became outdated and increasing cost to maintain it. The new system allows for phone APP access as well as keycard access. Owners will be provided up to 2 phone APP's and one key card.
On March 16,2024 from 10am-2pm there will be a gate access system session for homeowners to obtain their new keycards or phone app. You must be a member in good standing, so make sure you have paid your annual fees before March 16th! You must be the owner of the property to receive the phone app or card. Phone APP's will not be provided to the children of the property owner. In addition, we will have copies of the rules and dates of operation. You will be asked to sign that you have received a copy of the pool rules at the time your APP or cards are activated.
