Meet your ARC Committee Representative
By Tracy B on September 12, 2025
Good day Sparrows Point Neighbors.
My name is Tracy and I will be your point of contact for the ARC committee.
I have lived in Sparrows Point for going on 5 years. I grew up in Western New York. I survived decades of snowstorms and 5 Blizzards including the infamous “Blizzard of ‘77”. I am a mother of 2 grown and out of the house children. My husband and I live here with our blue American Bully named Jack Frost.
That said, if you need to do any renovations to the outside of your property or want to add on an addition, add a shed or outbuilding, concrete pad or driveway addition, deck or other improvements to your property, you need the approval of the ARC committee. The process is simple. Please go to the CAMS page and fill out the section regarding home improvements. Once I receive the necessary information, I will look it over, check the property and make a decision. I strive to have answers within 72 hours of receipt.
ARC will also be going around the neighborhood and checking for things like overgrown lawns, debris and trash in the front and side yards, vehicles permanently parked on side lawns, damage from storms (fallen trees, broken fences, missing siding) to name a few. Please reach out to me if you have additional questions.
Let’s do what we can to keep our community beautiful. Many hands make light work - offer to help a neighbor if you are able.
